Experts have repeatedly emphasized the fact that the validity period of the extract must be precisely determined at the legislative level.

There are two main reasons for this:

  • ambiguous situations in the process of accepting documents by various authorities, when employees of institutions are forced to justify the need to provide a “fresh” extract;
  • in fact, the extract may lose its relevance within 1-2 weeks after receipt - that’s how long it takes to make changes to the documents.
