Who signs, agrees and approves?

As we have already said, several parties take part in drawing up a document on completed redevelopment. They sign the document, and only after that it acquires legal force .

  • the owner himself or a person representing his interests by proxy;
  • a person operating in a management company;
  • the organization that is the author of the project and its documentation;
  • the organization that carried out the repair work;
  • the head of the housing inspection or his representative;
  • another representative of the inspection, as a proxy.

These persons sign not only one document, but also two copies of it.

Who approves? This act is approved by a commission that was formed by the housing inspection.

It is important that the commission has an act in two copies and one of them is the original.

visual confirmation needed ? What are they checking? The document is approved by the chairman of the commission formed within the structure of the housing inspection, and visual confirmation of the redevelopment is made by its representative.

The verification consists in the fact that the design documentation and plan are compared with the actual condition of the property after the work has been carried out.

How many copies are needed? A total of three copies must be signed. Two of them are submitted to the housing inspection, and one remains in the hands of the owner.

Documents based on the results of the redevelopment survey

Depending on the reasons for the conduct and results of the surveys, the following documents will be drawn up:

  • decision to approve the redevelopment project or to legitimize the work performed;
  • acceptance committee report;
  • an order to eliminate violations;
  • administrative violation protocol.

Receipt options
